I “Panini all’olio” 

Questa é una ricetta che porto nel cuore perché é stata la prima volta che ho capito che il pane si poteva fare anche in casa, fino a quel momento era una cosa impossibile , impasti non lievitati, pane che sapeva di lievito, duro, secco, molliccio, ecc……
Poi ho scoperto un blog sulla panificazione gestito da Vittorio un informatico con un passato da panettiere che vive negli Stati Uniti una persona molto in gamba con un grande spirito divulgativo che spiega benissimo nelle sue ricette tutte le tecniche per riprodurre in casa il pane come al forno.
Come dice Vittorio: “Risultato garantito”
Ed é vero ho fatto almeno 10 sue ricette e non ne ho sbagliata una provate!!!!!


  • 500 gr di farina “00”
  • 250 gr di acqua
  • 50 gr di olio extravergine d’oliva
  • 6 gr di zucchero
  • 15 gr di sale
  • 7 gr di lievito di birra secco oppure 18 di lievito fresco
  • 1 tuorlo
