I “coppapasta” si trovano in commercio di varie forme e misure la loro funzione principale é quella di “coppare” (dal francese tagliare) la pasta per confezionare ravioli, tortelli, biscotti, ecc……ma sono anche utilizzati per decorare il piatto e dare varie forme a risotti o paste.
